IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR FALL 2007!!!!!

U 6- Teams will play 4 v 4 with 2 subs. Coaches are allowed on the field.

U 7- Teams will play 5 v 5 including a goalie. Games will be played with four 8 minute quarters. There will be one game only. Teams will not switch fields for a second game. There will be one practice a week. No practice before game. U 7 will not be coed.

U8- NO COACHES on the field !!! This was an issue last season. One practice per week.

U 10-U 19- May practice up to twice weekly on the Richard Siegel Complex fields. If you sign up for two practices you must plan on using both days each week. (You cannot choose Tuesday night one week and Thursday the next week. You will be expected to practice Tuesday and Thursdays.)

U 19- Not coed this season. Games on Monday evenings with 2 games on Thursday evening.

Adult- Games on Thursday evenings. Two games on Saturday afternoons TBA
