Registration Is My Personal Information Secure? Fees & Payment Methods
How to Register
Is My Personal Information Secure?
Program Registration
In order to sign up for and participate in a program,
you must first register online. If the participant is a child, a parent or
guardian will need to register them. To register you will need to provide
personal information such as name, address, contact information and specific
criteria (e.g., age or gender) that we have established for each program.
If you are a member who has previously registered online, your personal data
will reappear on the registration page for you to confirm or change. Please
make sure all of your personal data is correct before continuing.
In some cases, our programs are so popular that space may not be available
for everyone who wishes to participate. In this case, we will add your name
to our Waitlist and notify you if space becomes available for you to participate in the program.
You will be asked for payment as part of the registration/sign-up process.
Online payment via credit card is secure, fast and easy, and will guarantee that
your registration is processed immediately. If you do not have a credit card,
you have the option to Pay In Person at the Turnstile Events. Please be aware,
however, that your "spot" will be held in a "pending" status until full payment
is received, and if the program is popular, this may cause you to be placed on the waitlist.
Back to Top Member ID Lookup
If you have participated in any of our past programs, you will have the option
of looking up your (possibly) still-existing membership ID. This will allow you to use
your existing membership without paying additional fees, as long as your current membership
is still active. Also, if this organization is currently providing you with a fee subsidy,
that information will also be converted when you look up your member ID.
Note: if you have not participated in any of our past programs, this step can be skipped.
Back to Top Username & Password
When you begin the online registration process, you will be asked to create a
username and password. These are completely separate from any current Turnstile Events
member ID's you may have established. Your username must be unique --
if you receive an error message stating that you have selected a username
already in use, please create/select a different username. We suggest that you
use your email address as your username, because it is familiar to you and is unique.
We currently do not have any restrictions or requirements on the length or composition
of your username other than it must be unique.
Passwords must be at least six (6) characters long, may contain numbers (0-9) and
upper and lowercase letters (A-Z, a-z), but no spaces. Please make sure it is difficult for others to guess!
Back to Top Signing Up for Programs
Don't worry if the program you are registering for requires
you to be a member to participate, and you are not currently a member.
Your membership will be created and the membership fee charged when
you sign up for the program. The current membership fees are:
Individual Membership: $0.00
Non-Member Membership: $0.00 Back to Top Why do I have to provide personal information?
This organization is supported by a variety of funding sources, such
as grants from the United Way. Some of these funding organizations require
that we provide demographics reporting, detailing how different groups are
served by our organization. The information you provide is completely
confidential and collected only for group reporting purposes.
Back to Top Why can't I sign up for this program? No "Register Now" Button
If there is no "Register Now" button visible for the program in which
you are interested, it means that we are not currently accepting
sign-ups for that program. The Program information will show the
sign-up dates for that program, so be sure to check back with us
when sign-ups are permitted/available!
Back to Top I received a message stating that my child is not eligible
Many of our programs have age or grade eligibility limitations so
that the activities will be fun and fair for all of the participants.
Please help us to maintain the fair and competitive nature of our
programs by signing up your child for only those programs for
which they are actually eligible. Where our staff has specified
age or grade limits for a specific program, you will receive a
message if your child falls outside of those limits when you
attempt to sign them up for that program.

Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the latest encryption technology
designed to keep your personal information safe. All of your personal
information -- including your name, address, and credit card number --
is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your personal
information cannot be read as it travels to our registration system.
Fees & Payment Methods
Back to Top Which payment methods do we accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Debit cards
with the Visa or Mastercard symbol will also be accepted,
as well (you will not need to enter your PIN number).
Back to Top How will this appear on my credit card statement?
All fees for an individual registration will show up as a
single line item on your credit card statement.
Back to Top What are these fees?
In addition to program fees and membership fees, Turnstile Events may
charge additional materials or equipment fees for some programs.
These fees will show up as separate line items on the program payment page.
Some programs may also allow you to select from a list of items to add
to your registration. Each item will have a corresponding fee associated
with it. To select an additional item, click the box to the left
of the item and then click "Continue."
Back to Top Deposit Payment
Some programs may only require a deposit payment during registration
and a total or monthly payment thereafter. In this case, you may either
pay the specified deposit amount or prepay any amount by adjusting the
Payment Amount during registration. If additional payment is made,
it will be applied to future required payments for that program.
Back to Top Program Balance Payment
Some programs allow payments to be made during the course of the program.
Partial or full payments may be required at specified times during the program.
View the Program Details for this information. Payments can be made
to a program any time by going to the "My File" tab and logging in.
After logging in, find the participant and program you would like to
make a payment for and click "Make Payment." You will then be
prompted through a series of steps to make the payment.
Back to Top Paying in Person
If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you do have the option of
paying your membership and/or program fees at our office.
Please note, however, that you must provide payment within a 15 day
period of time after signing up online or you will lose your spot
in the program and may be placed on a waitlist. Members with pending
payments will not be eligible for actual participation in the program
unless special arrangements have been made in person at our office.
Back to Top Subsidized Payment
Our organization may provide some members with financial assistance
because of financial need, or other organizations (such as your company,
state or local agencies) may subsidize all or part of the Turnstile Events's fees.
Please make all inquiries regarding arrangements for subsidized fees
in person at the Turnstile Events. You may be asked to supply
documentation to support your request for subsidized fees. Please
note that if you have previously made arrangements for a subsidy,
this information may have been converted when Turnstile Events switched
to the new online registration/sign-up system. In this case, you
should try to register electronically, as normal. If the payment
page does not contain the correct subsidy information (shown as a discount),
please contact the Turnstile Events for assistance.
Back to Top Payment History
Payment History for your account can be viewed at any time by going
to the "My File" tab and logging in. After logging in, click "Payment History"
on the left side of the screen. All payments made through the account
will be shown here. Click on a payment to view a printable receipt version.
Back to Top How to search for a Program
To search for a specific program, click on the Home tab or Programs
tab to display the search menu on the left side of your screen.
Use the Age, Gender, Grade, and Program Type fields to refine your search,
then click the "Search" button. The results of the search are displayed
under the Programs tab in the center of the screen. Click on a
program name to learn more about that program.
Back to Top How to Browse for a Program
To browse for individual programs, click on the Programs tab at the top
of the page. A list of all the different types of programs we offer
will appear. Click on the program type you are interested into display
a more detailed list of those types of programs. Once you reach the
program, a program detail page will display, giving you more information
about that program. You will then be allowed to sign up for the
program if sign-ups are currently permitted.
Back to Top Program Detail Information
While viewing the Program Detail page, you will see general information
about that program, such as a description, program dates, sign-up dates,
program fees and any age or grade requirements for participation.
If the program is currently open for sign-ups, a "Register Now"
button will also appear on the page. Click that button to sign up.
Back to Top Program Team Page
Programs such as soccer or basketball that are divided into groups
or teams each have a Team Page. The Team Page will show the schedule
and roster for each team depending on the organization's preferences.
This page is only viewable by the participants and volunteers in each
team. To access your Team Page, go to the "My File" tab and log in.
After logging in, you will see each participant's programs and links
to the Team Pages that exist. Not all programs have Team Pages and a
Team Page link shows up only after program registration is complete
and all participants have been divided into groups or teams.
If you choose to withdraw from a program, either before or after it
has started, you can make a request to our organization for a refund.
We may elect to keep some part of your program fee to cover administrative
costs, at our discretion. All requests for refunds must be made in person at our office.
Waitlists
Occasionally, one of our programs will be so popular that we will
not have enough open spots available. In this case, we will put your
name on a waitlist for the program. Names will be added to the
waitlist in the order that the sign-up requests are received.
If additional spots open up in the Program and you are next on the
waitlist, you will receive notification that you have been added to the Program.
If you are placed on a waitlist and then decide you no longer wish
to participate in the program,( even if a spot opens up for you),
please contact the Turnstile Events for a refund of your program fees.
Viewing & Updating Your Account
Under the Your File tab, you can access all of your registration/membership/sign-up
information. This includes the registration/sign-up/membership information
for all of the members/participants in your family (or under your guardianship),
as well as the guardian information you provided. Please use the Update
Account page to update your information, so if your address or phone
number changes, we will be able to contact you and send you important program information.
You can also use this area if you would like to update or change your User Name & Password.
Mailing List and Notifications
You will periodically receive e-mail notifications from Turnstile Events,
concerning upcoming programs that may be of interest to you or your family.
You will also receive notifications of events related to programs that
you are registered for. If you did not provide an e-mail address,
you will receive mailings with the program information, or receive
telephone calls to notify you of program schedule changes.
If you wish to be removed from our program information mailing list, you can choose to un-subscribe to
our optional e-mail notifications by going to the Your File tab and logging in. From the Your File tab,
click the Edit Your Account link and check the box marked "Don't send me any messages that aren't related
to my donations, member, volunteer or program registrations, that I sign up for directly." Note that
even if you have un-subscribed from optional e-mails, you will still receive a confirmation e-mail if you
register for a program, register as a volunteer, or make a donation. You may also receive rosters and
schedules for any programs you are registered for, at the discretion of Turnstile Events.
