Joe Barrett
Joe is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with more than 20 years of corporate strategy, marketing, and sales experience. He is the co-founder and CEO of GoGo Images and responsible for corporate development, marketing and technology. Joe's prior executive experience includes his roles as Senior Vice-President of Marketing at Corbis, CEO of Count Me In and CEO of Vitessa. Earlier formative experiences include roles at R. R. Donnelley, Alliance Consulting Group, and Proctor & Gamble. He holds an MBA from Harvard University.
Dan Gerrity
Dan has extensive experience in building, funding and leading technology-oriented organizations and provides advisory services for high growth, technology-oriented, consumer-focused companies. He is currently the CEO and Founder of Naverus, the world leader for performance-based navigation in aviation. Prior to Naverus he was CEO of publicly-traded Coinstar and a founder of two other technology companies. At Stanford University Dan earned a BS in Electrical Engineering, MS in Computer Systems and a MBA. Dan holds twelve US and international patents.
Emer Dooley
Emer brings extensive cross disciplinary experience to the advisory board. She is currently a lecturer with a joint appointment at the University of Washington School of Business Administration and Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Her primary area of interest is entrepreneurship and strategic management of technology and innovation. Prior to completing her PhD in 2000, Emer was a marketing manager at Mosaix and spent 8 years as a senior design engineer and project lead at Digital Equipment Corporation. Emer has a BS in Electrical Engineeringand Masters of Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland and an MBA and PhD in strategic management from the University of Washington. Emer is on the board of Social Venture Partners (SVP) and an avid pilot, skier and all-round outdoor enthusiast.
Bob Duffy
Bob brings a wealth of technology experience to the advisory board. Bob co-founded and is currently a Technology Partner with Ramp Technology Group LLC in 2000. Prior to that he served as CTO of HomeGrocer.com, where he led the development of a business platform that powered online grocery purchases and delivery networks in 8 geographical regions, handling over 10,000 deliveries per day. Prior to HomeGrocer.com Bob provided technology consulting and strategy services to a number of Fortune 100 companies such as Microsoft, Boeing, Sprint and AT&T; Wireless, and was a co-founder of Anderson Consulting's (now Accenture) Workstation Technology group. Bob has a BS in Applied Mathematics and Operations Research from the University of Tulsa.
Chuck Gottschalk
Chuck brings more than 20 years of experience serving at the CEO, President and CFO levels with emerging-growth companies. Chuck is currently the Area Managing Partner with Tatum CFO Partners, LLP in Seattle, Washington. Before joining Tatum, Chuck was President and CEO of Enfolio, Inc., a developer of ASP (Internet-accessible software applications) solutions for the private equity marketplace. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of ZoneNetwork.com, Inc. (dba MountainZone.com). Before ZoneNetwork.com, Chuck was CFO and VP-Finance & Operations of Online Interactive, Inc., a leader in electronic software distribution and online direct marketing. A CPA, Chuck began his career at Price Waterhouse.
Kathy Haggart
Kathy brings more than 20 years experience managing various organizations in the non-profit sector to Count Me In and isalso President & CEO of the Bellevue Boys & Girls Club,Count Me In's launch customer. After working in the corporate advertising world, she was employed for 11 years at another non-profit organization, Big Brothers of King County, as the Marketing/Development Director. She came to work at the Bellevue Boys & Girls Club in 1994 in the same capacity, became the Executive Director in 1997 and now serves as the President & CEO. Kathy has a BA from the University of Washington.
Mike Heffring
Mike brings deep understanding of consumer behavior as a business driver to Count Me In. Mike is President of Environics-West and is a successful entrepreneur in his own right. Mike co-founded Ceres Integrated Solutions, specialists in the development of Customer Relationship Management software. Clients include Blockbuster Entertainment, Wal-Mart, JC Penney and Eddie Bauer, among other major US retailers. Ceres was sold to NCR Corporation in April of 2000. Mike was a tenured Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Calgary for 10 years, has taught numerous professional development courses at the Banff School of Advanced Management in the area of Marketing information and new product development and has also acted as a consultant to companies such as Telus, Petro-Canada, Safeway, and General Motors. Mike's current focus is on integrating customer databases to feed on-line and off-line marketing programs using CRM software. Mike has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and an MBA and PhD from Northwestern University.
Jon Landers
Jon brings a distinguished career in marketing and branding to Count Me In. Jon is currently a Principal at Washington DC based Economic Research Associates. Prior to that, Jon served as Deputy Director of the Experience Music Project Museum in Seattle, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Homegrocer.com, where he demonstrated expertise in building a powerful retail brand, loyalty, and customer commitment in community-based businesses. Before joining HomeGrocer.com, Jon was a Senior Executive with Norm Thompson Direct Marking and has a long career as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service for National Geographic. Jon has an MBA from Columbia.
Tom Phillips
Tom brings 17 years of Product and Marketing management experience at Nike to Count Me In. His varied experience includes product, marketing and business leadership roles with Nike's children's division, Cross Training / Fitness, and All Conditions Gear (Adventure footwear and apparel). Tom provided hands on leadership in all aspects of product creation and category/brand marketing. In addition, he was instrumental in creating NIKE's P.L.A.Y. (Participate in the Lives Of All Youth) initiative focused on supporting youth recreational programs around the world. Tom served as General Manager of three start-up business ventures for Nike, which led to the successful development of the Equipment division. Most recently, Tom moved to Seattle to take on the role of VP Marketing for World2Market an innovative e commerce company focused on socially responsible product sourcing.
Tyrone Noble
Tyrone brings a proven track record of developing profitable businesses in both the Internet software solution and new media markets. Currently the President of Audion Laboratories, she brings nine years of experience as a successful executive consultant, interim company President, COO and EVP of Business Development and Sales for companies such as Brown and Root Services, a division of The Halliburton Corporation, The Williams Companies, Freeservers.com (About), Ancestry, Inc. (Ancestry.com, MyFamily.com), Web 3000.com, MicroWarehouse, Nestor Interactive, NextStudio, iMusic and Notable Technologies, now Wireless Services Corporation. Prior to her involvement in new media, Noble was in sales management and sales at Seattle based Fisher Communications for 18 years.
Dave Steele
Dave brings a broad range of experience in sales, finance and entrepreneurship to Count Me In and assisted in launching the Canadian operation. Currently the President of Wildrose Management Ltd, Dave was the co-founder and held various positions including co-CEO, Chairman and President of International Property Group, Ltd, a publicly traded real estate company with assets in excess of $50 million. Prior to International Property Group Dave was a Senior Executive of Pacific Real Estate Group Ventures Ltd., a private real estate corporation. Before that Dave was the co-founder and President of Three Buoys Houseboats Ltd. one of the pioneers and largest houseboat manufacturer, marketer and operator in the world. Dave has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
