   Count Me In Pricing
Count Me In is recognized as the company that has made online registration, exceptional customer service and state of the art technology affordable to organizations of all sizes.

We've accomplished this by charging a modest per registration fee and by passing through the actual third party credit card processing fees without marking them up. These credit card rates are significantly lower than the rates of other providers and lower than the rates that your organization would receive directly due to the aggregate purchasing power of our substantial client base.

The Community Solution is a comprehensive solution hosted by Count Me In for online registration and organization management that includes a client branded website, extensive participant management tools, unlimited free training and support and free updates and new releases.

Non Profit Organization Pricing: $3.50 per paid registration / $0 per free registration.

There is no fee for free program registrations, volunteer registrations, donation processing and all other use of the Community Solution by established non profit organization. Non-profit clients with primarily free program registrations are subject to the For Profit Organization Pricing below.

For Profit Organization Pricing: Annual fee of $1,000 (or more) that is recoverable against per registration fees of $3. 50 per paid registration and $2.00 per free registration. Registration "overage" is also charged (at this rate) depending on your volume plan.

Credit Card Processing: The actual third party credit card processing costs of 1.99% plus $.40 for Visa/MasterCard/Discover are charged on all online credit card transactions processed by Count Me In. Amex processing also available.

Volume Discount & Other Currencies: The per registration fee is discountable based on annual registration volume. We also provide services in other currencies including Canadian Dollars and Euros.

  • These very inexpensive, patent pending services are designed for facilitating online registration and event management for a single event without the client branded website and other features of the Community Solution.
    Pricing $9.95 Set-Up Fee & $2.50 per registration fee & credit card processing costs 2.5% Visa/MC/Discover (4.5% Amex) & $.40/transactioni PaymentTech/Verisign. There is a $2.50 per bi-monthly remittance payment sent to client.
